In 2023, Cheryl celebrated her 17th anniversary with Mercy and has over 30 years of experience in the non-profit health care field. Cheryl is a CPA, has a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, and an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Prior to his work at Aptos Retail, he served as Vice President, Finance, for Epicor Retail, a division of Epicor Software Corporation that was later spun out to create Aptos. In addition to building and leading teams with both companies, Mark also played a key role in managing financing and M&A activity.
