With a strategic approach to technology and innovation, she optimizes operations, enhances scalability, and ensures seamless digital evolution to support Hagen’s growth across North America and Europe. 

Dave has over 30 years of management consulting experience in retail, direct-to-consumer, manufacturing/wholesale and third-party logistics channels. His expertise in supply chain and logistics has helped companies overcome challenges and drive growth by leveraging technologies to enable supply chain processes, performing analyses to support strategic supply chain decisions, and implementing solutions to strike a balance between immediate benefits and lasting transformation. A valuable member of Sedlak’s management team, Dave has solidified strong working relationships with many longstanding Sedlak clients and leads some of the firm’s most challenging assignments. 

Michael is a seasoned engineering professional with over 40 years of experience and a portfolio of more than 100 projects at Sedlak. He has applied his expertise to all facets of facility design and layout, implementation and testing of warehouse management systems, simulations and systems modeling, engineered standards, location analyses and transportation studies. Michael is familiar with all types of material handling systems and information system technologies required to support multi-channel distribution operations, including manufacturing/wholesale, direct-to-consumer and retail. Michael also holds a PMP certification.
